WHAT’S TO DO:
All activities in Gorongosa National Park, are conducted by a professional safari service provider, called The Gorongosa Collection. They have professional guides that conduct all the activities, which include game drives, walking safaris, boating & canoe (when water levels are correct) safaris, camp-outs and trips up Mount Gorongosa.
There are also some really great community and humanitarian projects that are in progress around the park, which if you are interested, are absolutely fascinating.
The EO Wilson Laboratory is located at the camp, and tours are given of what the scientists have been studying – really worth the visit!
